Located at the northern edge of downtown in the Eau Claire area, the Eau Claire Market is home to many restaurants and theatres. There are also many unique selections of retailers that are not usually seen in suburban malls. Some of these special stores range from children's and women's clothing, imported art and handicrafts, as well as tonnes of extraordinary gifts. There are some high end restaurants located in the Eau Claire Market like the Hard Rock Cafe, Joey Tomato's Kitchen, and the little 1886 Cafe. Some of the other features the Market has to offer include an IMAX theatre, Cineplex, a multi-screen first-run movie theatre and an entertainment arcade.
