Since June 1999 our goal, at Brava Bistro, has always been to create the perfect food and wine experience for all our clients. We accomplish this through a combination of quality food, a unique wine list, professional staff and comfortable decor.
With an emphasis on "BISTRO" (delicious, simple and approachable food), our menu is focused on Modern Mediterranean. Our concept of "Modern" is to marry some fusion style into the more traditional "Mediterranean" recipes and ingredients. We have set our prices at a level between pubs and fine dining so that we are approachable to many.
At Brava, we are known for our eclectic and diverse wine list having over 30 wines by the glass for customers to experiment. Dewey, our cellar manager, has amassed many unknown, undervalued gems in addition to the high-end, heavy hitters from Bordeaux and California.
Styled to emulate the comfort of your own home, Brava boasts booths that allow both intimate conversations between two and stimulating discussion with four or more. Our large bistro bench gives customers the opportunity to pull together a group of friends and/or colleagues to celebrate any occasion.
