This Calgary restaurant is one of the few restaurants devoted to Spanish Cuisine. The menu focuses on tapas and other shareable options—hot rocks (super-hot granite slathered with garlic butter for sizzling tabletop cooking). Dolce inhabits the former wine cellar-inspired Bodega and retains much of the space’s character, but with a new distinctly urban vibe. The music is fantastic, there’s arty photography (nude!) and the smoked salmon dish could feed at least three, it’s huge.
