The Auburn Saloon, built at the turn of the century, is located downtown in the Dominion Building. The interior is a little different from the saloon in the olden days. This one features high ceilings and a grand old staircase. The Auburn is a very popular hangout for the live Theatre crowd, mainly because it is located right across the street from the Epcor Centre for Performing Arts. What makes the Auburn a good saloon is because it has great food to go along with the entertainment and drinks. You can choose from homemade pizza, salads, smoked salmon and gourmet sandwiches, or just come in to get something off their quite large drink menu.
