Calgary's Olympic site is best known as Canada Olympic Park. This Olympic Park offers its facilities to both high performance winter athletes as well to the ordinary, adventurous, Calgarians. Here is the place where the bobsled track to this day, is immortalized by four tough Jamaican bobsledders and continues to be used in World Cup events. There is also an awesome downhill ski slope great for skiers and a half-pipe crawling with local snowboarders. The park also gets steady summer use by cross-country and downhill mountain bike racers. While you’re here having a blast on the slopes, don't forget to check out the restaurant and bar located inside the main COP building. Also check out the Olympic Hall of Fame and Museum in the same building. There is FREE park admission but activities may vary in price.
Open Hours Summer Daily: 8am-9pm Winter Monday to Friday: 10am-10pm Saturday to Sunday: 9am-5pm
