At Bamboo House we are committed to delivering the highest quality food for our customers. To ensure that we meet our promise, each item is freshly cut and prepared at the time of ordering. Although this adds additional preparation work and order fulfillment time, most of our customers would agree that the noticeable freshness in our food is worth the wait.
Customizing your order
The added benefit of preparing each order individually also means that customers are able to customize their order to the way they like it. Do you like to have your food a bit more spicy? or a bit more salty? No problem, we can make it just the way you want it. You don't want M.S.G. in your food? or how about that famous dish that you really like, but cannot have because you are allergic to nuts. No problem, unlike many fast-food and large restaurants each item on our menu is prepared and cooked from scratch. Just let us know what changes you would like so we can make that order just perfect for you, and we will try our best to accommodate it.
Cantonese Style
Our menu consists mainly of "Cantonese Style" delicacy. In contrast to other Chinese cooking styles, the Cantonese style is lighter in feel. Our style focuses on bringing the natural flavor out of food, rather than overpowering the food with spices. Other characteristics include: fresh vegetables, minimal oil content, as well as low starch and flour content. Try it, you'll see a noticeable difference.

3. Would you still deliver if the order is under the minimum amount?
Yes we would still deliver but the order is subject to a deliver charge. For areas that fall within table 1, the delivery charge will be $4.00. For areas that fall within table 2, the delivery charge will be pending on the Delivery Service Company’s fee.
4. I have allergy to nuts. Do you use nuts in your food?
Yes we do. We use almonds and cashew nuts along with some sesame oil in some of our food. Because we make everything fresh we could certainly leave it out. But please advise at time of ordering. Some items might not look like they have nuts but our receipt might call for sesame oil.
5. My husband’s birthday is coming up next month and I like to plan a party for 25 people. How much time would you need?
3-7 days notice will be the best. We do have party tray sizes that are ideal for these parties. Please contact Pennie Fong at 285-5455 for more information.
6. What is the difference between family size and regular size?
Regular size comes in the 16 oz styro foam cup (generally 2-3 servings) and family size comes white rectangle styro foam boxes (generally 4 servings)
